Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! It's great to have someone putting in information about Icelandic weightlifters. My question is about the image of Jón Páll Sigmarsson. Where is that image from? I don't know about this legal stuff, but I think you have to ask permission to use an image like that on Wikipedia. If you could ask and recieve permission, we can keep it in the article. Same goes for Jónas Hallgrímsson. --Alex S 01:05, 31 Mar 2004 (UTC)

I've got permission for the Jón Páll image, from the webmaster on www.kraft.is. Concerning the Jónas Hallgrímsson image, there is no copyright on it, he lived from 1807-1845 and that drawing was made in his lifetime. Copyright expires in Iceland in 70 years.
