American Acts

[edit]

Why is this covered here to such an extent? To me "British music" means music performed by British people, anywhere in the world, but excludes non-British people, even in Britain (unless they work substantially with British artists, or become British residents, as some do). I find the inclusion of at least two American artist photos (Rimes+Aerosmith) odd as well. An exceptionally noteworthy tour in Britain might qualify, but just being on the charts in Britain or winning some Brit awards seems not worth inclusion (if the person isn't British). --Rob 18:55, 31 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
