- Would it be OK if I add Anderson Dennis, monster truck driver to this list?Arenacale 12:45, 28 October 2005 (UTC)
Anderson names
[edit]In the interests of avoiding duplication, I think all of the people here should be migrated to List of people by name: Ande#People named Anderson, and removed from this disambiguation page, per Wikipedia:Disambiguation ("In most cases, do not list names of which Title is a part, unless the persons are very frequently referred to simply by their first or last name (e.g. Galileo, Shakespeare).") The goal is to bring this page more in line with the Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages).
We can leave a prominent link to the List of people by name, as was done at Smith. Is there enough to be said about the surname to make a separate Anderson (surname) article (in parallel to Smith (surname)), perhaps with redirects from Andersson and Andersen? Let me know what you think. — Catherine\talk 23:19, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- An excellent idea! Tedernst | talk 23:21, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
