My husband and I are still trying to find more information on the 15th Army which he was part of. According to him, it consisted of 450 men from the 94th infantry who were "kicked" out and the government had no place to put them, thus the 15th Army was formed. They traveled the rails for several weeks, without supplies, and was finally parked on a spur line.
