Added section titles for numbers in the thirties so that redirect pages can have a target. The entry for 38 is a joke based on a logical paradox that has been around forever. If anyone can think of any interesting properties of 38 then this can be replaced.

arrangement?

why is the history and liturature, sports, music and movies sections below the historical years section? on the rest of the number articles i have seen the historical years section is last, was this vandalism or the result of a discussion that i missed?
