Design date for RC2
[edit]In lots of places on the net (including press releases from RSA Security), the date of the design of RC2 is given as 1987; this conflicts with the date of 1989 given in Knudsen, Rivest et al's paper. RC4 is also mentioned as having being designed in 1987; if so, it would be odd for RC2 to have been designed two years later. — Matt 14:59, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
