Talk:Domination and submission
I don't think this should be an absolute redirect to BDSM. There is a Domination and submission lifestyle which isn't quite as eyecatching and does not share Anything with BDSM. It deserves an article of it's own, but I really hope it doesnt annoy all the fellows into BDSM.
Older stuff
[edit]Shouldn't it be "submission" with a small "s"? Martin
Yes, but I can't move it, the move page function won't do it for me. Karada 09:37 12 Jun 2003 (UTC)
Much of what is referenced here refers not to D/s but to SadoMasochism. It is not entirely accurate in current terms. It also fails to reference current professional opinions on the subject.
I intend to work on this article, please do not delete- (Unknown)
This article needs much work
[edit]This article lacks a thematic core; it is simply a series of informational paragraphs. It is ahistorical, assuming that what is current among certain members of a specific subculture in the West applies to all human beings who enjoy sexual submission or domination. This article, as it currently stands, is not worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia.
rewritten
[edit]I have rewritten this article at "Domination & submission (BDSM)" which is a more accurate title, and redirected this page. I removed several inaccuracies and created a more thematic core, plus added references and links.
I have a researcher working on expanding the history section to include more global references, these will be added as they are checked. outlanderssc
