I don't find anything in the List of blocked pages which indicates that 62.252.192.4 has been blocked, and I certainly don't see anything which indicates why I would have blocked you. Are you sure that ID is the one that was blocked? Also, please put your comments at the bottom of Talk pages. RickK 00:13, Nov 27, 2004 (UTC)
There's a known bug where anons are being directed to the wrong Talk page when there are new Talk page edits, but I don't know if there's a bug, known or otherwise, about anons getting bogus blocked messages. RickK 00:24, Nov 27, 2004 (UTC)

- Thanks. Perhaps description of technological and organizational differences between Italian and Abyssinian armies could be added; also how Abyssinia tried to close the gap during last years. I once read book about it but it is long, long ago. Pavel Vozenilek
